Nature Over Noise
A nature-based therapy intensive for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and digital overwhelm. Through mindfulness, nervous system regulation tools, psychoeducation, and guided experiences in nature, participants will learn practical skills for managing anxiety while reconnecting with presence, balance, and the healing rhythms of the natural world. In a culture of constant stimulation, this group offers a space to slow down, unplug, and remember what truly nourishes us.

Meditation Sangha
A free, group meditation and reflection circle. “Sangha” in Sanskrit means assembly, community or association. While the inspiration draws from Buddhist spirituality, this gathering welcomes all faiths. Each Sunday we come together to share in collective wisdom, shared energy, and the comfort and courage of community. Feel free to reach out, or simply show up.
