Therapeutic Approach

Hello, I am Amanda.

I integrate somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness-based therapy, Restoration Therapy, and nature-based practices to support clients in reconnecting with their inner resilience and sense of wholeness.

I work with adults, elder adults, and couples navigating life transitions. I have specific experience working with anxiety, ADHD, grief & loss, chronic pain, relationship struggles, trauma (including complex and community-level trauma), and issues related to faith, identity, and self-worth.

I am dedicated to creating a welcoming environment through understanding my own social location and committed to culturally responsive care.

I believe that transformation — while sometimes messy or uncertain — is deeply meaningful, energizing, and liberating. I’ll walk alongside you as you explore your path toward greater vitality, connection and peace.
